The odds are that if you call a roofer and ask if you need a new roof, the answer will be "absolutely!" Perhaps the best test of a roofer's honesty is when he comes out, climbs up on your roof, spends time examinining it, and comes down and says "don't let anyone tell you you need a new roof."
That is exactly what Kevin did. He pointed out that the stacks needed new flashing, and some other minor fixes to the gutters. We also decided to have them power wash the North and West facings due to a buildup of moss causing discoloration.
The work was accomplished in a professional manner and the roof looks good as new.
I highly recommend Kevin if you are considering any roof work.
